We do not store Social Security numbers or dates of birth. Background screening is handled by our screening partner on their own systems; we retain only the check’s status, not the underlying identifiers.
How we use your information
To verify credentials, present vetted candidates to employers, and administer placements. We do not sell your data, and we do not run behavioral advertising.
How your information is protected
Resumes and certificates are stored privately and served only through expiring, access-controlled links — never publicly. Worker-confidential details are released to an employer only on an explicit, audited commitment.
