Why Vetting Matters
Data centers are not ordinary construction sites. They are 24/7 facilities where a flood event, a burst pipe, or a misconfigured valve can cost enormous amounts per hour of downtime. The GCs, MEP subs, and owner-operators we work with need candidates who have been evaluated — not just collected.
Our vetting is built to confirm, not merely screen. Before a candidate is presented, we verify their license with the issuing state authority, complete background screening, and review the trade skills that data-center work demands — chilled-water distribution, hydronic balancing, and pressure-test procedures among them.
Vetting state is a human decision backed by deterministic checks — a model never decides who is “verified.” When we present a candidate, both sides know what they're getting.
